If you wish to add motion to a game that is not in the eMotion Simulators repository then it’s easy for you to create a new game motion profile.

1. Click on ‘Plugin Manager’.

2. Click on the ‘Repo’ button.

3. Select the SimTools repository.

4. Select either the ‘Computer’ or ‘Console’repo.

5. Select a game and install it following any instructions required.
The global axis settings should have automatically loaded for the game. Some games, however, reverse the axis output. Please see the instructions on how to reverse them here:
You may also want to alter the smoothing or dead zone for an axis, you can find instructions on how to alter them here:
You will now need to set how much the output from the game affects the motion platform.

6. Click on the three wavy lines to go to the axis settings.
IMPORTANT – Do not alter any of the axes or percentages. Doing so could damage your product!

7. Select Min/Max tuning.
While you may not be using all these axes, it is highly advised you enter all the numbers shown while you are at this stage in the setup.
Once you’ve tried them you may feel it is necessary to alter them. If there is not enough motion for a given input from the game, try reducing the number for that axis. If there is too much motion then increase the number.
IMPORTANT – Do not set the number too low or you could cause damage to the platform!
PLEASE NOTE – Min/max values can be altered with the game plugin running.

8. Click on the circles until they are all locked.

9. Press ‘Capture’.
10 . Enter the default values shown.
11. Press ‘Save’.
12. Click on ‘Set#2′.

Repeat the process entering the numbers shown for ‘Set#2′.

Repeat the process entering the numbers shown for ‘Set#3′.
13. Press ‘Crash Detection’.
As the name suggests, Crash Detection helps stop the platform from random rapid motion when you’re car crashes.

14. Select ‘Slow motion when crash happens’ from the drop down list.
15. Set speed to 10.
16. Set ‘Use Crash Triggers Only’.
17. Press ‘Capture’.
18. Set ‘Capture Option’ to max and click on the blue ‘C’ symbols to lock the numbers. Enter the default values shown.
19. Press ‘Save’.
20. Double click to play the game or press the home button.
