Surge and traction loss are linear forces and tipping the seat or rig is not a realistic way of simulating them. It just feels like you’ve got soft suspension! The STL is a surge and traction loss motion platform for PC and console (requires console controller). It simulates accelerating, braking and gear shifts by moving the whole rig forwards and rearwards. With a pivot point at the front, it also simulates loss of traction by swinging the rig left or right.
